The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was also excellent. The hotel was also superbly located for our stay as it was just 20 minute drive to Woodhall Spa where we were playing golf. The price we paid for the rooms was extremely competitive. All in all a very relaxing hotel in a beautiful location.

Possibly the best and excellent stay on a business trip. Delicious and great breakfast with fresh bread, stunning location. Well-maintained pool, perfectly clean and compact rooms with view. The welcoming and exceptional staff working throughout the hotel.

Branston Hall was a perfect setting for a short break away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. It had class,style & a lovely country ambionce. The staff were all English which these days is a big bonus!! They were exteremely friendly & helpful.

Business trip here was a breeze. No complaints at all! 🌟 This place is smack dab in the city center – super convenient for us.

From first entering the grounds we were impressed. The building itself was very impressive and the entrance was dramatic. The grounds were stunning and well kept and the staff were most helpful and friendly. The spa/swimming facilities were clean and fresh and very private. The decoration was fitting to the appearance of the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed a completely relaxing time - there was no sense of being rushed, nothing was too much trouble to the staff and they were very accommodating. We were looking for a romantic break and that is just what the ambience of the hotel offered and very private.

The breakfast deal was delicious and great with fresh bread. the location was amazing in lovely surroundings. - the staff here was welcoming and exceptional.

I liked the approach to Branston Hall and the surrounding gardens which were nice to sit and relax in, the interior was very impressive, and the lounge area was very comfortable to relax in, the staff were very helpful and courteous and although we only stayed for one night we would certainly go back for a second visit, one thing which would be helpful to people visiting was the fact that at the bottom of the drive there was a bus stop which I think you could use to travel into the city of Lincoln, which would save visitors to the hotel using their cars, in all a very pleasant stay.

In our room we only had one armchair it would have been nice to have had two so that we could both have somewhere to sit, the bath panel was cracked and repaired, but these are only minor complaints, however had I paid the full price for the room I would have expected it to be first class, the only other thing was no hot Breakfasts for guests wanting to leave early on Sundays as they do not serve hot breakfasts until 8 am on Sunday and the cold selection was a little limited, only minor points.
